Here are a few to know, when shipping your auto by transport carrier.

Q. When should I schedule my move?

A. Your vehicle will be scheduled on a nationally routed carrier. If you are transporting on a specific date, book your transport date well in advance. There is a space on your Shipping Order request for you to note the first date that the vehicle is available for pick-up. We work with this transport date, using a 1 to 2 day window which we pick-up the vehicle. If you are leaving the area, you must plan in advance enough time for our

car transport services to pick-up the vehicle before you go. By any reason, this scheduling cannot be done, a alternative party (relative, neighbor, friend) whom will be able to sign the vehicle over to the carrier on your behalf

Q. Is my car insured?

A. Vehicle are insured at high Blue Book value, and is covered bumper to bumper the entire time it is on the truck. Occurrences that are not covered are are listed on the Bill of Lading . Condition inspections reports are done on pick-up. Persons turning the car over and the driver both sign this report and a copy is given to the party delivering the car. The carbon copy of the same report is presented at delivery. We do have enclosed transport vehicles for specialty transport needs, like classic car or exotic transport.

Q. Can I put things in my car? YES  but contact our

Car transporters

Q. Where is my car be picked from or delivered to?

A. Most car transport trucks are 75 feet or longer, getting into most residential areas are impossible. power lines that hang low and, narrow streets, are just a few of the obstacles car carriers face. It is sometimes a good idea to have an alternative pickup or drop off like a big parking lot nearby .

Personal items / belongings are not covered by the carrier's insurance. Drivers will not inventory these items. If you do put Items in the car be sure to properly packed them as they may shift during Auto transport.

Q. How do we pay for services?

A. Deposits will be received, with a signed Shipping Order, that can be faxed or mailed prior to your vehicles scheduled transport. Payments should be in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Cash.

Q. Can a pickup or delivery date be guaranteed?

A. Every attempt is made by the dispatcher to fit the client's schedule it is for this reason that an early booking works best. Most carriers have 8 to 11 autos they continually pick up and drop off cars. Also contending with weather, road conditions, and traffics, and mechanical functionality and DOT state inspections when interning a new state - all issues that could potentially void any guarantee, we understand these issues and bring them to you up front. Whatever service you choose keeping these things in mind gives you a better understanding of the complexity that goes into your shipping

Q. If I am not present to receive my auto when it arrives?

A. If you or your designee cannot be reached, your vehicle shipments will remain on the carrier for a a redelivery, or will be put in storage until you can arrange for it to be delivered
